OUR POLICY ON CANCELLATION FAILURE TO ATTEND
Short notice appointment cancellation, failed attendance or late arrival (of more than 20 minutes) disrupts service for other patients and our staff.
At Pendle Hill Family Dental Clinic, the following Cancellation Policy applies:
Patients are not generally requested to pre-pay for dental consultations or treatment. *
Where a patient cancels an appointment or does not attend, offering less than 48 hours notice:
First occurrence : we understand that situations can happen (extreme weather, family emergencies, traffic jams etc.) and we will NOT request a cancellation fee.
For second and subsequent appointments, we often request a Booking fee in lieu of a short notice cancellation fee. The booking will be requested to reserve a further appointment and be attributed to your future transactions.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice incur a short notice cancellation fee at the discretion of management.
Cancellation Fees are strictly non-refundable.
Pendle Hill Family Dental Clinic reserve the right to request patients who; continually cancel appointments at short notice, fail to attend and arrive late.
We provide personalised care and keeping schedule is the only way we can continue to offer our quality service to all our patients. Our time is very much valuable as yours is.
BOOKING FEE APPLIES AS MENTIONED BELOW:
1. Any appointment more than 60min will incur $100-$200 booking fee. For this duration of appointment we require more than 48 hours notice for cancellation.
2. Any appointment more than 2 hours will incur $300-$1000 depending on duration of the appointment. For this duration of appointment we require minimum 7 days of notice for cancellation.
Any booking fee will be reimbursed as part of treatment cost at the completion of your booked appointment.
